A few weeks ago I received a tip from Ron Rochondo of the Radioactive Terror Blog that there was a dinner scene in the 1983 flick Frightmare aka “The Horror Star” brimming with a multitude of monster masks. The movie and the scene didn’t disappoint…

Many of the masks from the scene appear to be from R. Quinn and Be Something Studios. After picking the brains of mask collectors with much better eyes than my own, this appears to be the case. A Be Something Studios “Die Ann” is worn by the first beer guzzling mask wearing actor to appear in the scene. A beautiful Harry Inman Bride of Frankenstein also makes an appearance sitting next to an R. Quinn “Tall Man” mask…
